This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or send an inquiry through it. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
Zygmunt Buszyk, Poland, is responsible for your data on this site. Write to contact@zygmuntbuszyk.com about anything on this page.
When you visit
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts, images, videos and scripts all come from this site, not from third-party services.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the IP address of each visitor to deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you send an inquiry
The inquiry form does not send anything by itself. It writes your inquiry into an email, which you send from your own email account. I then receive what you put in it: your name, your email address, the details you chose to fill in and your message.
- Why: to reply to you, and to discuss a pilot, a partnership or an investment if that is what you asked about.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering messages sent to me (Article 6(1)(f)).
- How long: up to 12 months after our last exchange. If we enter into an agreement, as long as that agreement and the law require.
- Who else sees it: only my email provider, which stores the mail for me. Your details are not sold, shared or used for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Write to contact@zygmuntbuszyk.com and I will reply within a month.
You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or to the authority where you live.
